As a title agents, we have a tendancy to critique real estate agents, how they rate with communicating to title companies with necessary information to process a file to close and more importantly, how they rate with the consumer, whether a seller or buyer of real estate. How's this for service: Since we are out of state we needed some extra attention getting our house sold. Jordan worked on getting qualified contractors lined up for multiple issues that needed to be fixed and also had the home staged and photographed for the ad. He also researched pricing and listed the house 12% over what Zillow valued the home for. Then, wait for it, he got us a full offer price 3 days after we listed it! Jordan is easy to work with and is very professional. I would highly recommend him.
